How do I get in contact about an order or a business inquiry?

General shipping info

The shipping cost includes postage and packaging. All items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority and include tracking.

*A note about stamp (untracked) shipping: Shopify currently does not offer the option to offer untracked shipping. If your order contains only stickers and consent to the risks of untracked shipping with stamps, just get in touch after you place your order and we can arrange this with you! Shipping fee for US orders will be $2 and international orders will be $4.

Orders typically take 5-10 days to ship out after being placed. I usually ship orders out once a week in bulk. Items are shipped from Los Angeles, CA, USA.

If you have a deadline for when you need your stuff, please get in touch and we can figure something out!

*Note: Some delays may occur during big shop sales/holidays or if the team is out at a convention.

 

Shipping Times

★ USPS First Class: Economy tracked shipping for US Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days

★ USPS Priority: US domestic arrives within 1-4 business days depending on distance from Los Angeles, CA.

★ International First Class: 1-4 weeks (up to 3 months)

*A note about international orders: Please check with your local post office to make sure your country is currently accepting packages from the US. it is possible that customs charges, including additional duties, taxes and or brokerage fees, may apply. Additional fees depend on your country, local tax rate and customs department and you are responsible for these fees. Please keep an eye on your package if it has tracking because it can be returned to me if it is not picked up at your post office in a timely manner.

 

★Problems With my Order★

Do you accept returns?

Sorry, I don't accept returns! All sales final. If you need to cancel an order before it’s shipped, please get in contact ASAP! We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or post office-related issues during shipment.

*New* Exchanges for wrong apparel sizes

If you need to exchange a shirt size, get in touch within 14 days of delivery with your order number, name, and desired shirt size.

If the order hasn't been fulfilled yet, we can edit the order on our end before it's shipped out!

If order has been shipped, we'll need to receive the returned item before sending you a new one! You will be responsible for covering postage back to us. When returning an item, please email us the tracking number, so we can anticipate it's arrival. The items must be in unwashed and new condition.

 

My order is lost/stolen/damaged

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any packages that are lost/stolen/damaged during shipment and delivery. Most issues can be resolved by getting in contact with your local post office and opening a claim.

If items come faulty or damaged, please send photos and we can discuss!

If you have not received your order for more than 30 daysplease contact us!

I need to cancel my order, change my address, or combine my orders

Get in touch! We usually auto-combine orders if it gets flagged in our system. Your order will be delayed if we need to reach out to you about an error in your address so please double check before ordering!

 

Misc

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes, unless marked otherwise. Typically, all the glossy stickers are waterproof (great for waterbottles) and UV resistant. The only ones that might not be are the ones we use for packaging.

Why does my acrylic keychain look dull and scratched?

Each keychain comes with a protective plastic peel (like the ones that come on new electronics). To peel off, use your fingernail to scratch at one corner of the keychain and pull off from there to reveal the shiny, smooth surface! 

Can you sign or personalize my order?

Posters and postcards come unsigned by default, if you'd like it to be signed, just let me know in the checkout notes!

If you want to include a short gift message for your recipient, just write it in the checkout notes. I'll handwrite it on a little card and include it in your order ♥ Also, we do not include packing slips/receipts to save paper.

Do you take wholesale orders?
